Authentic, museum-quality artwork
Stefani Fine Art guarantees that all works listed on our website or in our gallery are authentic, museum-quality art created by Richard and/or Christina Stefani. Only the highest quality, industry standard archival materials are used in creation and presentation of the art.
As proof of authorship, some works are signed by the artist and others come with a certificate of authenticity. Some pieces come with both. The art detail page will provide you with information specific to each piece.
Secure, private transactions
At Stefani Fine Art we are committed to protecting your privacy. When you enter your credit card number, your information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Your credit card is stored in an encrypted form for a limited amount of time by our credit card processing partner using fully PCI compliant industry standards. We never store PIN data or security codes.
We never sell or rent our customer lists or information, including email addresses. Your purchase is private, unless you choose to disclose it publicly, for example, in social media.
Your purchase is protected
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is significantly different from its description or has been damaged in transit, we'll make it right. Please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your art and we will work with you and our shipping partner(s) to reach the best possible resolution, which may include arranging for a return, a full refund, or a repair with a trusted art specialist.
Seamless, insured world-wide shipping
Stefani Fine Art insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you, at which point responsibility for your purchase passes to you.
We ship to *almost* every country in the world. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll arrange to accommodate your location. Outside of the United States all relevant import taxes and duties are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Your order must be placed online at stefaniart.org, in person at our gallery, or through one of our Stefani Fine Art advisors. (Purchasing through third party-resellers are NOT guaranteed by us, but are subject to the policies of the specific reseller.)
The art that arrived was significantly different from its description, was damaged in transit, or never arrived.
You reported the issue to us within 7 days of delivery.
The Stefani Art Collector Guarantee does NOT apply if:
You are returning an accurately described item, outside of the stated return policy, or you chose to arrange your own shipping or pick up the work in person, and the item was damaged at pickup or during shipping.
