Shipping policy

Enjoy FREE US shipping! 

Unless otherwise noted, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship. We ship items as fast as we can and if you have multiple items in an order, they may ship out separately. You will receive tracking info for each item when it ships. PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED DURING BUSY HOLIDAY SEASONS OR WHEN PROMOTIONS OCCUR.

Shipping time should be added on top of all these estimates, and speed depends on product type and destination. U.S. shipping ranges from 2 - 8 business days depending on destination, while international orders take 10 - 20 business days.

Please carefully review all product information and sizing before making a purchase. We cannot edit orders once finalized. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm order details (size, color, address, discount codes if applicable, etc.) are correct at the time of purchase.  

International Orders

International orders are final sales and are subject to import duties and taxes that are the recipients' responsibility. Please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.  

International orders take 10 - 20 business days for delivery.

We recommend selecting USPS International Priority or USPS International Priority Express shipping for international orders, which includes tracking and insurance. Stefani Fine Art is not responsible for lost packages or uninsured packages shipped via USPS First Class. 

If you refuse a shipment from us, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import duties, fees, and/or taxes incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your refund. 

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for items sent to the incorrect address or undeliverable items. Please check the shipping address closely before placing your orders. 

In the case of returns, the customer is responsible for shipping. We are not responsible for items lost in transit or for delays in shipping caused by the USPS, weather, or other events out of our control. 

If your package is confirmed to be lost in transit and you selected a shipping option that is insured, reach out and we will help issue a replacement. We are not responsible for lost packages or uninsured packages shipped via USPS First Class.

Promotional Codes and Discounts

Offers are only valid through the website Codes must be provided at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with any other offers. No price adjustments will be provided on previous purchases. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of discounts and to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
